Churn Risk Analysis

Conduct a comprehensive churn risk analysis across my entire account portfolio.

  • Identify accounts showing multiple early warning indicators including: decreased product usage (>20% drop), increased support ticket volume with lower satisfaction ratings, missed scheduled check-ins, delayed payments, reduced stakeholder engagement, or negative sentiment in recent communications.
  • Prioritize these accounts by risk severity and strategic value.
  • For each high-risk account, generate a customized retention plan with specific action items, recommended timing for interventions, and talking points tailored to address their particular pain points documented in our system.
  • Include specific success metrics to track improvement.
